Stocks closed lower after Fitch downgraded its rating on U.S. debt. However, the downgrade won’t impact Oppenheimer Chief Investment Strategist John Stoltzfus' call for the S&P 500 to reach 4,900 by the end of the year. Stoltzfus tells Yahoo Finance Live "we really think the main thing is we’ve got to see the economy keep growing in here in a modest pace. Jobs to remain resilient, the consumer resilient, business able to navigate the current scene, and essentially, the Fed being very sensitive about the way it's raising rates."
