👩🏻🍳 Almond Ricotta Cake
-100 g almond flour
- 30g coconut flour
- 20g protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 70g erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 60 ml coconut oil
- rum essence
Top with fresh blueberries and sliced almonds.
Bake at 180 C in a preheated oven.
Serve with yogurt .
