Shivani Sharma is basically from Alwar (Rajasthan). She is so down to earth, calm and kind person.She has cracked Rajasthan public commission service 2 time. She was secured rank 585 in 2016 RAS exam but she was not happy with that so she wanted to improve her rank. And in 2018 RAS exam she has secured rank 165. In this video she will share her strategy, notes, booklist etc.
