Potato soup on a cold day is warms your belly and makes you smile! This recipe is so easy with only a few common ingredients.
- 4 Large Potatoes
- 2 Onions or 2 bunches Green Onions
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 2 cans Evaporated Milk
- 1 stick Butter
Cover the potatoes, onions, salt, and pepper with water. Boil for about 20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Then add evaporated milk and butter. Heat to a simmer and serve!
