In HubSpot, with list analytics, you can check how your lists have changed over time, how your contacts have engaged with the rest of your marketing, and where your segment lies in your marketing funnel.
Steps to follow:
1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to the upper left corner, click Contacts in the dropdown menu, scroll down and click lists.
2. Click the name of the list you want to analyze.
3. In the upper right corner, click on the Actions button. Select List View List performance.
4. You’ll be redirected to the performance tab.
5. Here, you can see it in the dashboard.
6. In List size over time, you will see the number of contacts in the list over a specified time.
7. In the upper right of the report, you can change the date range.
8. In the next report, you can see contact breakdown and engagement of the percentage of your contacts based on the filter or Date range you select.
9. In the upper right of the report, click the Segment contacts by dropdown menu and select how you want to segment your contacts based on source, country, or lifecycle stage.
10. The next report will show you the count of contacts in the last 30 days that have visited your website, had a recent conversation with, email last opened, email last click and feedback last survey.
