The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) has released bodycam footage from multiple officers at the scene of the suspected DUI arrest of Officer Mariah Ah Tou from September 2023.
Bodycam footage from HPD Officer Higa shows the moments after the crash, after officers had already arrived on scene. It includes Ah Tou’s arrest and transportation to jail.
