We visited chef Wong's restaurant in Peru 🇵🇪 one of the most authentic and flavorful ceviche dishes we’ve ever tried! Everything is prepared freshly with the fish being caught the same day. Also he slices the fish and ingredients chef Wong uses in front of you. I recommend going if you’re ever in Peru 🇵🇪
