In this video I discuss the fresh 10.0.7 news for Resto Shaman, focusing on one important change to Swirling Currents. Instead of it buffing Healing Wave, Riptide, or Healing Surge, it's power has been shifted to Cloudburst and HST. This enables us to leverage Totemic Recall and Creation Core alongside Living Stream to make a genuinely powerful Healing Stream Totem build that is not weighed down by the clunkiness of weaving Riptides and Surges. In short, we no longer have to worry about clipping a buff; instead we can leverage a much stronger, short-CD tool in HST.
