1) Rice (chawal):-1kg
2)lentils(masoor dal):-200 grm
3)minced meat( kheema):-1/2 kg
4)peanuts ( moong phally):- 100 grm
5)sesame seeds(til):-100grm
6)coconut powder( kopra powder):-100 grm
7)turmerind(imli):-50 grm squeezed and take out water
8)caraway seeds(shahzeera):-1teaspoon
9)cardomom(ilachi):-5-6 piece
10)cinnamon sticks( dalchini):-4-5 piece
11)cloves(loung):-4-5piece
12)dry chilli(sukhi mirch):-3-4
13)cumin seeds(zeera):-1 teaspoon
14)coriander leaves( dhania ):- 2 bunch
15)mint leaves( pudina):- 1 bunch
16)green chillies( hari mirch):-20-25
17)ginger garlic paste ( adrak laisen):-2tblsp
18)onion ( pyas):-3-4 piece
18)garlic cloves( Laisen):-50grm
19)cooking oil(Tel):-2 cup
20)pure ghee(asli ghee ):-2teaspoon
21)turmeric powder(haldi powder):-1teaspoon
22)red chili powder(lal mirch):-1tblsp
23)gram masala powder:-1teaspoon
