Playing No Mercy camapign in Expert Mode with the "Classic Special Delivery" Mutation with only L4D1 Infected and weapons spawning.
Eight special infected spawn at a time with shorter respawn times.
Common Infected don't spawn. You just need some luck and patience to make it xD
For the Haters: In the video says Normal at the end of the video, but it's recorded from a demo and it's obvious watching the damage taken from boomers and hunters. Not sure but I think the reload-hit is faster than normal.
