Ukrainian armed forces concluded three-day military tank drills in NE Kharkiv region.
Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council, warned the possibility of Russian assault from all front around the date of February 24.
The aim of tank drills was to increase troops readiness in case of another Russian assault on Kharkiv region.
Military said servicemen, including tank crew members, infantry and mortar operators, practiced assault and defence battles.
More than 30 countries have provided military equipment to Ukraine since last Febuary
The United States is readying more than $2 billion worth of military aid that is expected to include longer-range rockets for the first time as well as other munitions and weapons.
It is also expected to include support equipment for Patriot air defense systems, precision-guided munitions and Javelin anti-tank weapons.
Last week Kyiv secured pledges from the West this month to supply main battle tanks to help fend off Russia's full-scale invasion.
Ukraine is due to receive 120 to 140 tanks in a "first wave" of deliveries from a coalition of 12 countries.
The only tank Ukraine has so far used against Russia has been the T-72 inherited from the former Soviet Union.
