Former Conservative leader Erin O’Toole told the foreign interference inquiry Wednesday that he believes Chinese interference cost the Conservatives up to nine seats in the 2021 federal election. 'It’s all speculation and it’s all part of the reason I’ve been calling for an inquiry,' O'Toole says.
