A glass bending company in Berlin requires a vacuum lifter for moving glass panes. So far so good. Now the key feature: That is 6m convex or concave curved panels with a radius of at least 3.5m and a maximum dead weight of 1400kg that can be moved.
This vacuum lifter should take the glass panes from the glass rack and lay them in the oven support. After forming, the vacuum lifting device should take this curved panel from the oven and place it vertically on the transport block. Furthermore,
the glass panes should be put into boxes in the packing area.
In procuring a contract, we cover the following points: a minimum radius of 3.5m and a maximum dead weight of 1400kg combined.
What we have created is our Kombi 7431-MSG7 vacuum lifter. This vacuum lifter is equipped with four individual vacuum circuits. The failure of a vacuum circuit poses no risk whatsoever. For the vacuum lifting device still holds the glass panel with doubled security. The vacuum lifter could therefore also be used on an EU construction site. Safety is of high priority here. However, it would also be a fatal economic loss if, at the end of production, such a glass panel was lost only as a result of the failure in the vacuum system.
See for yourself just how easily such curved dimensions can be moved using the Kombi 7431-MSG7 vacuum lifter. The short video demonstrates the second part of the tests using the vacuum lifter prior to dispatch.
