The common desire that many of our majors have is to work with individuals, families, or children in order to better their lives; whether it’s through a career in Family Consumer Science Education as a middle or high school educator, advocating for children and families in Child Development & Family Studies area, supporting people to make sound financial decisions through the Consumer Studies minor, and pursuing work as a dietitian or wellness coach through a major in Dietetics or Food & Nutrition areas.
