Eyepatches can be a tricky one 🥲🤔
Some clients have smaller eyes, or very round eyes 👀
Maybe that has scared you in the past, maybe it’s even frustrated you - you would be completely normal for that, but what we’re about to show you will be a game-changer! Learning how to cut the eyepatches will help you to perfectly place them even on the most difficult eye shapes! 💪👏🤩
Here are our top 3 eyepatch hacks! 👇
1. If you find that the eyepatch is too big for the client’s eye, try cutting them down to size! This will help the patch to sit comfortably without causing irritation, and will prevent lifting in the inner corners, making life easier for you, and comfier for your client! 🥰
2. Adding tape ahead of time means that you can tailor the shape to your client’s eyes. This is particularly useful if your client struggles to open their eyes to let you apply the patches - with this technique you only have to have them open their eyes once! 😍
3. Eyepatches not fitting quite right? By making three little cuts in the bottom of the eyepatch, you are able to stretch the eyepatch to better fit your client’s eyes, making it more comfortable for them, and reducing the risk of bottom lashes escaping? 😜
