In late March, Colliers Hotels and CFO Capital began partnering with lodging industry stakeholders via our Canadian Hotel Market Update Webinar Series to provide support and direction as we move through the difficult effects of COVID-19. Fast forward 90 days later, hotels are starting to reopen; however, the course to recovery remains unclear with travel bans, social distancing measures and emergency orders still in-place. For our third webinar, we brought together our original panel of hotel owners and industry experts for a State of the Industry Update discussion to explore market changes over the past 90 days and the outlook for hotel operations, valuations, investment and debt liquidity for the foreseeable future.
