Audi E-Tron Low Speed Legally Required NOISE

In many Countries, it is/is becoming a legal requirement, that Silent (EV's) and Near-Silent/Low Noise vehicles to make a warning noise of some sort while traveling at low speeds. The purpose of this is to alert pedestrians, bicyclists and animals that a vehicle is approaching.
While I think this is an idiotic idea, and that people should pay attention to their surroundings, the politicians and general lack of common sense have forced this upon us.
The E-Tron at least did so tastefully. I've seen other brands of vehicles use a BEEP or other annoying sound, however, the low droning noise gives it a tolerable & futuristic feel.
