Got this from Bunnings Warehouse for AUD17.99 for a pack of 3.

What made me buy this was:
a) No tools required and
b) Hold up to 20kg!

Very easy to use except possibly requiring
a) strong thumbs or a small rubber mallet to drive the hangers into the wall for weak thumbs like me :(
b) stable ladder or stepper instead of a slippery stool so you don’t fall to your death hanging a picture frame lol

I would definitely buy another pack to hang my ugly pictures lol
