Please understand that scripting the damage model is challenging because it's largely a matter of chance what damage will occur to the car. Both games sometimes produce random effects, such as the wheels breaking further. I drove both cars until they were battered. It's quite surprising to see that DiRT Rally 2.0 seems to handle car damage more realistically, when it comes to driving the car after it has sustained significant damage. In WRC, I could still control the car with flat tires, whereas in DiRT Rally 2.0, it was difficult for me to turn, as you can see in the video. This is not a visual test for graphics since the locations and lighting are different; it's purely to evaluate the car's bodywork damage model. If you have any video request feel free to comment!
