The "Zentrale Unterstützungsgruppe Zoll" (Central Customs Support Group) is a tactical unit of the German Customs Service (Bundeszollverwaltung). It is subordinate to the German Customs Investigation Bureau (Zollkriminalamt) and is trained for arrests at high risk. For a better identification the ZUZ operators often wear the inscription "Polizei" (police) on their uniform.
