Dried coriander(Khushk Dhaniya): 40 Grms (5 TBS)
Cumin Seeds(Zeera): 20 Grms (2 TBS)
Proven Black Pepper: 20 Grms(2 TBS)
Black Large Cardamon(Bari Elaichi): 5 Grms (5 Pcs)
Cinnamon(Daar Cheeni): 3" Pcs (15 Grms)
Clove(Laongs): 6 Grms (15 Pcs)
Add Salt: 20 Grms (2 TBS)
Add Red Chilli: 25 Grms (2-1/2 TBS)
Turmaric: 15 Grms (1-1/2 TBS)
Garlic Powder: 15 Grms (1-1/2 TBS)
Ginger Powder: 15 Grms (1-1/2 TBS)
Shakkar: 5 Grms (1 Tsp)
Anty-Caking Agent: 5 Grms (1/2 Tsp) ( FOR COMMERCIAL PERSONS )
Green Cardamon: 7 Grms (15 Pcs)
