Running with a calf muscle cramp looks like this!
The scheduling of this track meet placed the 100m 30 minutes before my 110m hurdle race. I've had cramping issues during the week of training leading up to this meet. Warm ups felt great, so I proceeded to run the 100m. Well... I won my heat with a 10.84 but caught a cramp out the blocks during my hurdle race. I shuffled on one leg across the line to 15.10secs. I'll regroup for the next week!
