LG전자, 미 컨슈머리포트 '가장 믿을만한 종합가전 브랜드'
LG Electronics has been ranked as this year's most reliable home appliance brand... in a survey by the American publication Consumer Reports.
The survey of Consumer Reports members covers more than 600-thousand appliances purchased over the past decade, including cooktops, ovens, microwaves,... and where LG is the market leader washing machines.
Among companies that make products in all the categories, LG got the top ranking with 76 points.
Respondents were asked whether their appliances broke or stopped working as they should, which Consumer Reports used to estimate how well a brand's new models will hold up in the first five years of use.
