This is my workout to blow up my chest, gain muscle and get that big mens physique look fast. We target muscle groups to get that aesthetic v taper look by working delts, shoulders, upper chest and arms. We perform exercises such as flat bench press, incline cable press, cuffed clavicular cable flys, cable raises and dips. Inspired by Mike Thurstons series, this is how you get those big more plates more dates death star delts.
