Save lots of time in the kitchen by using some Indian Frozen Vegetables like Kantola, Tuvar, Vaal lilva and more. Some Indian vegetables take good amount of time to prep them so I keep many frozen vegetables to make life easier, all I have to do is open frozen pack of vegetable and all ready to cook! That being said, don't get me wrong, I love fresh vegetable but I can't grow fresh vegetables all year around so I stock frozen vegetables as well.

Kantola Sabji Ingredients:
1 pack of frozen Kantola
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
A pinch of Asafoetida
A pinch of Haldi
1 tbsp Ground coriander cumin
1 tsp garlic 🧄 paste
1/2 tsp heron chili 🌶 or as per taste
Salt to taste
water if needed only
Sugar to taste - optional to balance slightly bitter taste of kantola
Fresh Coriander leaves to garnish
Spiny gourd is a low-calorie vegetable and its consumption favours weight loss. It adds a good amount of moisture to the body. Kidneys: It reduces the chances of stone formation in the kidneys and can effectively remove the stones in the kidney and bladder. It helps to keep the skin healthy as it contains various flavonoids such as beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthins that act as protective scavengers. “It also has anti-ageing properties as it is blessed with antioxidants that fight free radicals the body has due to ageing and pollution,” says the nutritionist.
