Ingredients:
3 Cups Tambdi Bhaji/ Amaranth leaves
2 Onions finely Chopped
3-4 Green Chillies Chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 Cup fresh grated coconut
Salt as per taste
4 tbsp water
Method:
*Clean and Wash Tambdi bhaji/ Amaranth leaves .Finely Chop the leaves after draining all the water from the leaves.
*In a kadai add Chopped Onion, Green Chillies, and Chopped leaves and switch on the gas stove.
*Add Water and Cook for 5 to 8 Mins with lid closed.
*After 8 mins check on water .If required add some water to avoid bhaji from burning.
* Add turmeric, fresh Coconut and Salt.
*Mix well and cook till water is complete dried from the bhaji.
* Tambdi bhaji is ready.
