How to prepare 2 in 1 Idli Dosa Batter in table top wet grinder

Coconut Chutney in wet grinder:

Ingredients:

Idli rice - 4 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbspn

Wash and soak the ingredients separately for 4 hours

Grind urad dal and fenugreek seeds first by adding a little at a time. Sprinkle water when needed. Scrape shown the batter from the sides and corners every 5 mins. Check the consistency and turn off the grinder. It will take 25 to 30 mins to grind the Urad dal

Transfer the batter from the grinder to another vessel

To grind rice turn on the grinder, add 1 cup of water and add rice into it. Pour the water required for the quantity of rice and run the grinder for 25 mins

Add the Urad dal batter back into the grinder drum and run the grinder for 2 mins to combine the batter

Remove the since assembly. Mix the batter with your hand for a minute. Cover the batter in the drum and keep the batter in a warm place for 12 to 14 hours to ferment
