Falafel is typical of a Middle East deep-fried snack prepared by mashing chickpeas or other lentils such as fava beans. While it is a traditionally served as a filling for pita bread, it can also be as a snack. Toasted with sesame seeds, these crunchy croquette-like eats make a great munch. Price also considered cheap. I taken this at Naghsh-i Jahan Square, Isfahan, August 2016.
