This is film represents a powerful cry of protest against a harsh patriarchal culture. Slow moving yet quietly fierce, this film is based in a war-torn city where a woman sits and talks to her husband. He doesn’t say much, since he’s been shot and is in a coma, but she reflects about the oppressive years of their loveless marriage and how he treated her.
