“Extra” sits down with “The Acolyte” star Amandla Stenberg and showrunner Leslye Headland to dish on the new series, which is about a former Padawan (Amandla) who reunites with her Jedi Master (Lee Jung-jae) to investigate a shocking crime spree. Leslye promised that fans will feel the familiarity of Star Wars but teased new plot turns and character twists, as well as lots of action and intrigue! Amandla spoke about preparing for all the action and becoming "obsessed" with the stunt choreography, which was like a powerful dance. “The Acolyte” premieres June 4 on Disney+.
