ROASTED GREEN BEANS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
1 LB Fresh GREEN BEANS, rinsed, dried, ends removed
1 tablespoon olive oil /or vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced, optional
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1. Add prepared green beans to a large cookie sheet with sides. Arrange green beans on cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over top. Sprinkle on white pepper. Toss gentle until green beans are coated.
2. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove green beans. Add minced garlic (optional). Bake an additional 8 minutes.
3. Cool and serve!!
