Korean Fondue - "Shyabu shyabu" is a style of eating food, that I guess originated in Japan, but is also popular in Korea. Basically, you order one per person and they bring out all of these yummy vegetables and lean, raw meat on a platter. They heat up a big pot of broth in the center of the table and you cook your vegetables and meat right at the table. It sounds like it might be a lot of work having to cook your own food, but it really isn't. The meat takes a few seconds to cook since it is sliced very thinly and the vegetables take a few minutes to cook. The great thing about this way of cooking is the broth (stock) you end up making in the end. Because you're cooking the meat and vegetables in the broth, then removing them to eat, the flavors are being incorporated into the cooking liquid.
