The Pixel 8 offers a great battery life overall — but how does it compare with the Google Poco F5? I put the two through a battery test to find out.

In my battery test, phones are kept at full brightness, and run through BaseMark Web 3.0 on battery mode. They start at 100% and run until they completely run out of battery. All tests were filmed with new phones, shortly after they were unboxed. This test is not indicative of real-world use — it’s designed to deplete the battery as quickly as possible.
