We show you how to install the tire with the Kool Tool Tire Bead Jack after the tube is replaced starting at the valve of the bicycle wheel which is not the usual starting point. The rubber of the tube that supports the valve can be easily damaged with tight difficult tires and rims and is not the place you want to end up with installation of the tire bead. Your spare should been stored talcum powder tire coated. The slot side hooks onto the back side of the rim. The hook side is used to pull the tire bead over the rim. Work your way around taking care that the back side is seated properly and carefully pulling the bead over so as not to damage the tire thread casing.
Remember to carry it with you in case you get a flat tire out cycling on the road on your road bike, commuting, or biking on your mountain bike, mtb, trail or bmx. Repairing a flat tire or replacement of an old tire should be easy.
