Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is helping build a pipeline of workers for local employers from an abundant natural resource in Nashville: its people.
We told the emotional stories of how that pipeline helped three women turn their lives around in “Glory in Overcoming: A WorkingNation Film.”
Now, here’s the story of how that pipeline works. It feeds the local economy and also helps feed families through training for in-demand careers.
