The essence of Tai Chi Chuan is integrated power; the ability to thread all the parts of the body together so that you can recruit maximum power through the body into your strikes. In this video you see a few of the process used to do that, namely:
~ Daolu: slowing down and extending a movement
~ Daojin: paths of power
~ Opening and closing: learning to engage the Kwa
~ Distinguishing Yin and Yang: understanding weight transference and spiraling according to Yin Yang theory.
