On April 30, 1993, KUAC-TV brought together five of Alaska's governors to discuss Alaska's future. Governors Keith Miller, Jay Hammond, Bill Sheffield, Steve Cowper and Walter Hickel discuss Alaska’s strengths, problems, structure and economy as Alaska moves into the 21st century. Program was recorded at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska, with moderator B.G. Olson.
In Part 4, the governors discuss the state constitution, Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA), rural subsistence preference or priority, federal regulations, subsistence amendment, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, constitutional amendment, Alaska Native community, sports hunters, urban hunters, constitutional convention, public say in constitutional amendment, and Joe Vogler.
