Instructions:
Boil Water and Spices: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the grated ginger, crushed cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and black peppercorns. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes until the water is infused with the spices.
Add Tea and Milk: Add the loose black tea or tea bags to the boiling water and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
