I hope you enjoy this video in which I share all the footage I took when visiting the Holy Monastery of Varlaam in Meteora, Greece, as well as everything I learned about it during my visit and after getting back home and doing more research. It's truly a beautiful and inspiring place to visit. Please pardon me for any names or words I may have mispronounced as well as any information I may have stated incorrectly. I did my best to educate myself on facts and pronunciations, but I may have mistaken or misspoken, and for that I apologize. Also a huge thank you to my brother Marshall for sharing this awesome aerial footage he captured with his drone from Sunset Rock in Meteora. As you can see, we kept the drone well away from windows and doors as to not disturb the residents inside, as these are all active monasteries today and the homes of many devout nuns and monks.
