Blue screen, also known as chroma-key, is a video production technique that allows you to superimpose a video or image on a background to make it appear to be a part of that background. This is accomplished by using a colored background and then changing the color of the foreground image to match the background.
So, if you have a white background and want to add a video of a person walking on a beach to it, you must use a white background as well as a person dressed in white clothes. The foreground color would be white, and the background color would be white. As a result, the person wearing white clothes would appear to be walking on a beach.
