Tondo was shocked to learn that their hero is dead. Rigor, (Joko Diaz) an upright policeman who has been instrumental in clearing Tondo if crimes and drugs was allegedly shot and thrown in the river by some crooks who are probably seeking revenge. Soon after, Tondo returns to its old self - chaotic, crime prone and drug polluted. But Rigor shows up again, this time in another identity - as Sugo ng Tondo because he continues to fight crime the way he used to. Later, people begin to suspect the resemblance between Rigor and their new hero leading them to conclude that Rigor did not die after all. Yet, another Sugo shows up and does destructive actions demolishing the reputation of the real Sugo ng Tondo. Now Rigor would have to come out in the open and defend himself to protect the image he took so long to keep.
