The preparation is fast and easy. The ingredients are cheap. And the result is yummy for many tastes. This combination is really rare. But the (german) cheesecake without a base belongs to this kind of cake. There's only one question left: Should I use semolina or cornstarch? Well, semolina is the more traditional way, but not everybody likes the mouthfeel of semolina. Both versions taste delicious and so I regard both in this video.
