The Moss Creek section of this developing 14-mile Hector Henry Greenway is in Concord, NC! The trail is a peaceful paved surface trail that connects the local neighborhoods with the elementary and middle school. The current 1.3-mile trail crosses a wetland and features educational signage along the way.
