4 Gala apples
4 pears
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 stick melted butter
1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder
1 1/2 teaspoon dried orange peel
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 9-inch pie crust
Egg wash
1 egg, thoroughly beaten.,
