Product introduction
● I-CODE 2 is a contactless smart tag card chip with an operating frequency of 13.56 MHz. This chip is mainly a series of RFID radio frequency identification chips newly developed and designed for logistics system applications such as parcel delivery, airline baggage, rental services and retail supply chain management.
● The I·CODE 2 tag chip uses the protocol standard that complies with IS0 15693 and is a major member of the smart tag product series. The chip is simply connected to a few turns of printed antenna (receiving or transmitting 13.56 MHz carrier frequency). The etched or stamped coil can be operated by the I·CODE 2 chip within a line of sight of 1.5m (such as the width of the access control gate) without the use of batteries, so it can be used as a design for long-distance applications.
● The I·CODE 2 chip has an anti-collision function, which allows more than one tag card to be operated simultaneously in the antenna field. The anti-collision algorithm selects each tag individually and ensures that one of the selected tags performs data exchange correctly without causing data errors due to other tags in the field. When the smart tag is placed in the electromagnetic field of the reader antenna, the RF communication interface allows the use of data transmission rates up to 53kbit/s.
