The house is located at 1345 Carroll Av, just two houses east of Douglas St, This house is actually called the Sanders House. This 3,532-square-foot manor, was built in 1887 for a local warehouse operator, Michael Sanders.

The dwelling has long been a darling of the screen. It was featured in TV and movies such as the Season 4 episode of Charmed titled “Size Matters” and in the1989 movie Teen Witch.
