Let’s prepare GLUTEN-FREE BREAD in less than 5 minutes!🤩 This recipe is also lactose-free and contains no yeast! These breads are kind of a combination of flatbread and focaccia. They are flat like flatbread but crispy on the outside like focaccia! I created this recipe already a few years ago and I make these at least once a month😍 They are so good😋
Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free unsweetened natural yoghurt (250 ml)
1 cup gluten-free flour (or wheat flour) (250 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon herbs of choice, I used dried rosemary
Toppings:
olive oil
flaky sea salt
1. Mix the dry ingredients together
2. Add the yogurt and stir until combined
3. Spoon dollops onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper (this recipe makes 4-5 breads). Flatten the dough until about 1 cm/0.4 inches thick
4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top
5. Bake at 200 Celsius degrees (390 in Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown
