Owners of new restaurants around Main Campus are determined to accomplish their goals of opening or rebranding themselves around Temple University’s campus. Jay Hu’s dream of opening YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea was halted in 2020 due to the pandemic. However, this setback did not deter her; it only made her more grateful for her business’ grand opening in July 2021.
