CLUTCH PEDAL BITE POINT & FREEPLAY ADJUSTMENT is a short tutorial on adjusting the clutch bite point in a manual transmission vehicle, specifically Toyota Vios / Yaris. This gives you more control over when the clutch disc engages the flywheel.
You can adjust the height of the bite point if you want a lower or higher clutch engagement to adapt the shifting behavior of your car to your driving habits. You may prefer a lower bite point if you start up on an inclined street or driveway, or if you travel uphill most of the time.
Also included is the clutch pedal freeplay adjustment guide which is also very simple. Pedal slack is mostly personal preference and there is no hard and fast rule to this. What is given in the video tutorial is simply a guide and reference to those who need it.
Pedal height is entirely up to you. The tutorial provided in this video is only optional. It simple and easy to follow, and only a basic tool is needed to complete the task.
I hope this video will be of help to you somehow.
