This dish is very popular in Mexico most of the time they will serve them as enchiladas but who doesn’t like tacos?

Boil 2 lbs chicken breast with salt ( I used 2 1/2 tbsp) 1/2 onion, garlic 2 bay leaves
3 medium potatoes
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sour cream
2 cups queso Oaxaca
🇲🇽 salsa verde
6 tomatillos
4 Chile serranos
1 garlic clove
1/4 onion
Handful cilantro
1/4-1/2 cup broth
Salt
🇲🇽 salsa blanca
1 media crema
4 oz cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup crema mexicana
2 tbsp-1/4 cup pickled jalapeño juice
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
🇲🇽 salsa roja
3 tomatoes
1 jalapeño
3 New Mexico Chile pods
7 Chile arbol
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2-3/4 cup broth
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt
